Bonnie is now in network with Blue Cross of Idaho and Federal Blue Cross, Regence Blue Shield of Idaho, Mountain Health Coop, Pacificsource, Select Health, and St. Lukes Health Plan.

**Of note, Provider's office bills client's insurance as a courtesy to the client. Client is responsible for any/all amounts not covered by their insurance. Copays and co-insurance amounts are collected at time of service.
