Meet Bonnie

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with more than 15 years of experience in the mental health field. I hold a Master’s degree in Social Work from Northwest Nazarene University and am licensed to practice in Idaho.

I was born and raised in Idaho, and I pursued my career in therapy later in life after having the privilege of raising my children. I enjoy working with clients of all ages—from children to adults—and incorporates creative modalities into my sessions, including music, art, and play therapy.

I specialize in supporting individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, and PTSD. I also has extensive experience working with clients who have encountered trauma in both childhood and adulthood. My therapeutic approach is integrative, drawing from evidence-based practices such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, trauma-focused therapy, and mindfulness-based interventions. Additionally, I also bring valuable expertise in the disability field to my practice.

I have always been passionate about empowering my clients with the tools and resources they need to navigate life’s challenges and move toward greater well-being. I do offer both in-person services in the Mountain Home area and telehealth services throughout the state of Idaho. I am committed to fostering a safe, compassionate, and supportive environment where my clients can work through their concerns and reach their fullest potential.

I look forwarded to meeting you!
